Vacant bank-owned 2-flat with a number of City of Chicago building violations. In need of updating and repairs.
The Work
- Three month project, started in November 2015 and to be completed in February.
- Renovated floors 1 and 2. Three BR one Ba on each floor
- Major renovations in kitchens and bathrooms
- Hardwood floors refinished. Vinyl plank flooring installed in kitchen and hallway. Ceramic tile flooring in bathroom
- Back porch replaced
- Masonry repairs / tuckpointing
- Roof repairs, garage door replacement, a few windows repaired
