The Work
- Three month project, started in January 2016 and to be completed in March.
- Renovation to all 3 floors and improvement of basement
- Structural support added per engineer recommendations
- Some bedroom wall and closet re-arrangement
- Major roof repairs
- Completely new kitchens and bathrooms. All new plumbing.
- Hardwood floors refinished. Vinyl plank flooring installed in kitchen. Porcelain tile in bathroom
- Furnaces repaired, ductwork rerun
- Many window repairs
